If your Fancy Panz arrives defective, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please allow 5 business days to process your request.
We do not refund damaged product resulting from improper use. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
We recommend selecting a traceable shipping method. Refund requests on purchases made via 3rd party affiliates must be directed to appropriate retail store.
Manufacturer Limited Warranty:
Fancy Panz comes with a 6-month manufacturers limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling, or accidents. If you feel you have a defective product, please send an email to sales@fancypanz.com and include Manufacturer Warranty in the subject line.
