1. What size foil pans fit in a Fancy Panz?

Fancy Panz Premium and Classic styles are designed to be used with a "Half Size" Foil Pan which are approximately 11 3/4 x 9 3/8 x 2 1/2, this size is commonly found in grocery and big box stores and widely available for purchase in bulk. An example of a half size foil pan is the size that is used is chaffing dishes (full or half size is used).  A foil pan and serving spoon is included with your purchase

Fancy Panz 8x8 is commonly referred to as a brownie pan.  Some manufacturers may measure the foil pan from the wider top and label it as a 9x9.  An 8x8 foil pan and spoon is included with your purchase.  

Fancy Panz 9x13 is commonly referred to as a cake size foil pan measuring approx. 12 3/4 x 9 x 1 27/32   One 9x13 foil pan and serving spoon is included with your pruchase.  

2. What is the difference between a PREMIUM Fancy Panz and a CLASSIC Fancy Panz?

The Fancy Panz Premium has a deeper base that accommodates the use of the Hot/Cold Reusable Gel Pack and a half size foil pan to be over that.  The Fancy Panz Classic has a more shallow base and will not accommodate the gel pack and a half size foil pan.  If you have a Classic Fancy Panz and would like to purchase the gel pack, please note that only a shallow foil pan will fit over the gel pack (11.75 x 9.375 x 1.50)

3. Shipping Costs

• We charge a flat fee for FedEx ground shipping in the USA (Hawaii and Alaska slightly higher ) 
• 2 or less Fancy Panz, ground shipping is $10.00
• 3 or more Fancy Panz,  ground shipping is FREE 
• Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for FREE shipping 
• Two day and Overnight Shipping vary depending on Delivery Area. To estimate your shipping costs. please go to the “your cart” page and scroll down. Complete “Estimate Shipping” You will be given Shipping and Cost Options.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico or other US Territories. 
• We do not ship Internationally.

4. What are Fancy Panz made of?

Fancy Panz are made out of Polypropylene and the clear lid is SAN.
Fancy Panz are BPA Free.

 

5. Are Fancy Panz dishwasher safe?

Yes, Fancy Panz are top rack dishwasher safe

 

6. Can I put my Fancy Panz in the Oven or Microwave?

No. Fancy Panz are not intended for use in the oven or microwave. Fancy Panz are for decorative use only.

 

7. How can I make changes to my order?
